We can provide backrest shapes for yo to choose. Or we make mould according to your pattern. We will design the chair mould backrest inserts easily to replace in injection molding machine. For normal arm chair moulds, mould cooling lines will be designed closed to the mould molding surface, so that the mould cycle time will be reduced. You can choose chair product drop down automatic and move out of machine by conveyor or pick up by robot, theese two ways are safety during your future production, moulds will be designed to suit to your production ways accordingly.
